Return Policy for Items Purchased Through Our Store and Retail Partners

At Forevergiftsinc, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review the following policies based on where the item was purchased.

For Items Purchased Through Our Store or E-commerce Platforms:

  • When returning your product, freight must be prepaid by you, the original purchaser. The product must be shipped in its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection. We will not be responsible for, nor obligated to replace, damaged products shipped in unsuitable packaging.

  • If the product is received damaged, it is your responsibility as the consumer to file a claim against the carrier. We will store the damaged product for 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to dispose of the damaged product or ship it back to you at your expense.

For Items Purchased Through Menards:

Our Forevergiftsinc warehouse does not carry replacement parts for villages, nor do we stock villages available on Menards' online platform.

Menards offers a 90-day return policy for the majority of items. You can obtain a swift solution for your Menards purchase by returning it to the store. You have two options: exchange for another item or receive a refund.

Should you find that you have exceeded the 90-day timeframe, Menards is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to exchange the item for in-store credit instead. This ensures that you can still benefit from your purchase and choose an alternative product from Menards' wide range of offerings.
