Poorly packaged. Arrived broken. Also doesnt do what its supposed to do. Not a clock

When you buy this misleading piece of junk!It isn't a clock. It is not animated. The music is so loud it is distorted. Santa doesn't pop out. This is junk. Don't waste your money.

Not what I was expecting very disappointed.

This item is called Cuckoo Clock, but there is no working clock, it's painted! How can you call something a clock that doesn't have the very thing that makes it a clock? The description says that the reindeer move around, but they are glued down on a mirror. The only features are Christmas lights that work and Christmas music. However the sound is extremely loud, but you have an option to leave the lights on without the music which is honestly poor quality. I have no idea if Santa pops out at midnight since there is no clock. How do you know when it's midnight? This item would easily sell for less than $20 at Walmart. Absolutely not worth $60 and it's going back to the seller.
