Free shipping on US orders over $50. Every piece is hand-packed at our Arlington, Texas warehouse: bubble-wrapped, corner-blocked and double-boxed. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Returns & warranty
Every piece is covered by our 30 Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your piece is defective, we'll repair or replace it or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
To make a claim, call (817) 652-8064 or email us with your order number and photos of the issue within the 30 days. The warranty covers the original purchaser and doesn't cover damage from handling, misuse, accidents, power surges or incompatible accessories, normal wear, modifications, or pieces bought from unauthorized resellers. Return shipping is prepaid by the purchaser.
